How do I report a problem?

How do I contact support?

Send your request to service@ovohi.site. We do not provide a website form so that your message stays in your email record.

How do I request account or privacy help?

Email us with the subject line "Account or Privacy Help". We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing access, deletion, correction, or privacy-related requests. For account deletion details, see Account Deletion.

How do I manage VIP subscription or in-app purchases?

For billing, renewal, refund, or VIP subscription questions, include your App Store receipt information if available. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings.
