We are here to help with account access, app features, purchases, privacy requests, and content concerns.

When you write to us, include your device model, app version, account email or user ID if available, and a short description of the issue. Please do not include passwords or sensitive payment card details.
We usually respond within 3-5 business days.

Send your request to service@ovohi.site. We do not provide a website form so that your message stays in your email record.
Email us with the subject line "Account or Privacy Help". We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing access, deletion, correction, or privacy-related requests. For account deletion details, see Account Deletion.
For billing, renewal, refund, or VIP subscription questions, include your App Store receipt information if available. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings.
